Ingredients
1 Pound green beans
2 Tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 Tablespoons dry sherry, or chicken broth
1 Teaspoon cornstarch
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1 Cup bean sprouts
Instructions
Wash beans and remove ends. Mix hoisin sauce, sherry and cornstarch. Heat a wok or large skillet until not. Add oil and tilt wok to coat. Add green beans and bean sprouts. Stir-fry 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Stir in hoisin sauce mixture. Cook and stir about 10 seconds or until thickened.
