Ingredients
12 Slices Hickory Smoked Bacon, cut into 1" pieces (smoked Sausage can also be used)
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
16 Cups collard greens, roughly chopped
1/4 Cup lemon juice
Instructions
Cook bacon in large skillet over medium-high heat until done, but not crisp. Stir in garlic.
Add collards to skillet; stir-fry until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in lemon juice.
