Ingredients

1 Head cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
1/4 Cup olive oil
1 Pinch of paprika
1 Pinch chili powder
1 Pinch celery seed
1 Pinch dry mustard
1 Pinch dried basil
1 Pinch sea salt
1 Pinch ground black pepper
1/4 Teaspoon granulated garlic
1/4 Teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

Preheat oven 350�F.
Add water to oven safe dish and place it on the top rack of your oven.
In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil with all spices.
Mix in the cauliflower and toss until coated.
Place cauliflower on a non-stick baking tray.
Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until done, golden and crispy.
