Ingredients
1 Head cauliflower, cut into florets
1/3 Cup buttermilk, warmed
2 Tablespoons fresh chives, sliced
1 Teaspoon marjoram
Instructions
In saucepot, bring cauliflower and enough salted water to cover to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, drain. Mash cauliflower. Stir in buttermilk, chives, and marjoram until blended, season with salt and pepper to taste.
