Ingredients

1 Large head cauliflower
1 Tablespoon butter
2 Tablespoons tub butter
1/2 Cup powdered milk
1 1/2 Teaspoons butter buds sprinkles
1 1/2 Teaspoons Molly McButter sprinkles
2 Drops butter flavoring (like vanilla)
Salt to taste

Instructions

Cut up cauliflower into about 20-30 pieces. Steam in Pasta Pro (pan with lid that has holes in it for draining) for about 20-30 minutes. Drain. Put cauliflower on paper towels to get as much moisture out as possible. This is important, because the cauliflower holds a lot more moisture than the potatoes. Put cauliflower and remaining ingredients in mixer bowl. Mix on low until desired consistency. Taste. Add a little more of whatever it tastes like it might need.
