Ingredients
1 Medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 Tablespoons water
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
1 Teaspoon onion, finely chopped
1 Teaspoon prepared mustard
1 Teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 Cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
Place cauliflower in a 1 1/2 quart glass baking dish, add water and cover. Microwave on high for 8 to 9 minutes until crisp-tender or steamed for 10 to 15 minutes.
Combine mayonnaise, onion, mustard and lemon pepper and spoon onto cauliflower. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave or broil for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes to heat topping and melt cheese. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
