Ingredients
2 (16 oz) Packages of cauliflower, or use fresh
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1 Cup parmesan cheese
1/4 Cup butter
Instructions
Layer in a casserole dish one pound of cauliflower, 1/2 can of soup, 1/2 of Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste and dot with 1/2 of butter.
Repeat layer.
Cover and bake at 350�F for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Until slightly browned and bubbly and cauliflower is tender.
