1 1/2 Pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed & halved
1/3 Cup butter
1 Cup crushed cheddar cheese crackers
1/4 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
In large pan cover sprouts with water. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until crisp tender. Drain, keep warm. In skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add crushed crackers and stir until golden brown. Remove from heat and stir in cheese. Put sprouts in serving dish and top with crumbs.
