Ingredients

Heavy duty aluminum foil
2 (14 oz) Packages frozen broccoli florets
1 1/2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
2 (10 3/4 oz) Cans cream of broccoli soup, undiluted
3/4 Cup sour cream
3/4 Cup onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 Cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
3 Tablespoons margarine or butter, melted

Instructions

PREHEAT oven to 350�F. Line 9� x 13� x 2� baking pan with heavy duty aluminum foil; set aside.
MICROWAVE broccoli florets according to package directions; drain.
Arrange cooked broccoli in foil-lined pan and sprinkle with cheese.
Combine eggs, soup, sour cream and onion; spread over cheese and broccoli.
Combine stuffing mix and margarine; sprinkle over casserole.
BAKE 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
