3 Tablespoons vinegar
2 1/4 Cups beets, cooked & sliced
1/4 Teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Cup water
1 Onion, sliced
2 Tablespoons butter
Instructions
Put the vinegar, 1/2 cup beets, cloves, salt, sugar, onion and butter into blender container, cover and process at LIQUEFY until smooth. Pour over remaining beets in saucepan; simmer, stirring frequently, about 20 minutes.
