Ingredients
1 Pound fresh asparagus, washed, trimmed, and peeled
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 475�F. In a roasting pan, toss the asparagus with the olive oil and vinegar until coated. Spread asparagus out in a single layer, if possible. Roast asparagus for 10 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a serving dish.
