Ingredients
1 Cup leeks, sliced
2 Cups asparagus pieces
1 Small yellow onion, diced
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1/2 Cup chicken stock
1/4 Cup Alfredo sauce
1 Teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
1/4 Cup Swiss cheese, finely shredded
Instructions
In large skillet cook and stir leeks, asparagus and garlic in hot oil 3 minutes. Stir in stock, Alfredo sauce and thyme then mix well. Cover and simmer 5 minutes then ladle into serving dishes and sprinkle with cheese.
