Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups milk
1 Cup soft bread crumbs (1 1/2 slices)
1 (10 1/2 oz) Can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 Cup butter or margarine, melted
3 Eggs, beaten
1 Cup sharp process American cheese, shredded
2 1/4 Cups small noodles, cooked & drained
1/4 Cup green pepper, chopped
2 Tablespoons chopped canned pimento (optional)
2 Cups cubed cooked turkey or chicken
Instructions
Blend milk into soup. Stir in eggs; add remaining ingredients. Pour into 12� x 7 1/2� x 2� baking dish. Bake at 350�F for 30 to 40 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
