Ingredients
1 Quart of water
1/8 Cup salt
1 Ounce pepper sauce (Tabasco)
3 Ounces Worcestershire sauce
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 Ounces garlic juice
1 1/2 Ounces onion juice
1 Teaspoon meat tenderizer
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil, let simmer for at least 15 minutes, remove from heat and let cool. Strain through several layers of cheesecloth before using.
You may adjust above seasoning to taste by adding different spices or varying amounts.
Any left over sauce may be stored for several weeks in the refrigerator.
You could substitute juice like cranberry or beer, or cola for the water if you want to experiment.
