Ingredients
1 package Turkey Store extra lean ground turkey
1 cup diced onions
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 clove crushed garlic - optional
1/2 cup frozen peas or peas & carrots (defrosted)
1 can Campbell�s Cream of Mushroom Soup (undiluted)
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Saut� onions, mushrooms & garlic in frying pan till tender, add turkey and brown. After browning add peas & soup bring to boil. Reduce heat & simmer while egg noodles cook; when noodles are finished serve with turkey & mushrooms on top.
