Ingredients
1 Bell pepper, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
2 Teaspoons olive oil
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1 (24 oz) Jar spaghetti sauce
1 (16 oz) Package frozen vegetables
1 (15 oz) Can cannellini beans, drained
1 (14 1/4 oz) Can chicken broth
1/2 Pound potatoes, cubed
1 Cup water
1/3 Cup orzo pasta
1/2 Teaspoon marjoram
1/2 Teaspoon thyme
Instructions
Saut� pepper and onion in oil in a pot until tender, add garlic, cook 1 minute longer. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, simmer until potatoes and pasta are tender.
