Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups water
1/2 Cup tomato sauce
1/2 Cup potatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 Cup carrots, thinly sliced
1/2 Cup onion, chopped
1/4 Cup celery, diced
1/2 Teaspoon caraway seed
1/2 Teaspoon dried dill weed
1 Cup cabbage, shredded
1 Cup sliced canned beets, with juice
1 1/2 Teaspoons honey
1 Tablespoon cider vinegar

Instructions

Bring first 8 ingredients to boil over high heat; reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and return to boiling; reduce heat to low and simmer 30 minutes more. Serve hot.
