Ingredients
1/2 Onion, chopped
1 Cup celery, cubed
1 Teaspoon butter
1 Quart chicken broth
1 Tablespoon flour
1 Cup cooked rice
1 Cup chicken, cooked & cubed
1/3 Cup celery, chopped
1/3 Cup onion, chopped
Instructions
In a small skillet, melt butter and saut� onion and celery. Using a blender, blend onions and celery and add 1 cup of chicken broth. When smooth, add flour and blend. Pour into saucepan and stir in rest of broth. Add rice, chicken, celery, and onion, heat on low stirring often until thick and creamy.
