Ingredients
2 Vegetable bouillon cubes
1/2 Cup hot water
6 Tablespoons melted butter
6 Tablespoons flour
1 Pint milk
1 Pint half & half
1 1/2 Teaspoons salt
1 Small jar of Cheez Whiz
1 Head fresh broccoli
Instructions
Dissolve bouillon in water. Blend butter and flour in saucepan until smooth. Add milk and half & half gradually, stirring constantly. Cook over low heat until thickened; continue stirring. Add bouillon solution and remaining ingredients except broccoli, and cook, stirring constantly, until smooth. Stir in broccoli and heat through.
