Ingredients

1 Pound hamburger, browned
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Cup celery, chopped
1/2 Cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 Cup onion, chopped
4 Cups tomato juice
2 Cans cream of celery soup
2 Cups water
2 1/2 Cups carrots, grated
3 Cloves garlic, minced
1/8 Teaspoon marjoram
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Put first 5 ingredients in big saucepan with tomato juice. Cover and simmer on low until veggies are tender, about 10 minutes. Add in remaining ingredients, bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve covered with grated cheese of choice.
