Ingredients
4 Cup chicken broth
2 Pounds fresh broccoli florets, chopped
1 Large potato, peeled & cubed
3 Green onions, sliced thin
1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
2 Tablespoons dried parsley
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Bay leaf
1/2 Teaspoon ground thyme
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer for about 4 to 6 minutes or until the broccoli is tender. Remove the bay leaf and transfer into a blender; pulse to desired consistency.
