Ingredients
2 Pounds potatoes peeled & diced
1 Cup sour cream, can use light
1 Can cream of celery soup
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 Cup onion, chopped
4 Ounces Velveeta cheese
2 Tablespoons butter
1 Quart milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook potatoes and onion till tender. Drain and set aside. Mix milk, sour cream, soups, butter and cheese together. When melted add potatoes, onion, salt and pepper.
Heat thoroughly and serve.
