Ingredients
10 Medium potatoes, peeled, boiled & diced
1 (10 3/4 ounce) Can cream of chicken soup
2 Carrots, grated
1 Medium onion, grated
1/4 Cup margarine
Seasoned salt
Salt
Pepper
1/2 Pound bacon, cooked & crumbled
Cheddar cheese
1 Cup milk
Instructions
Place carrots and onion In a large soup pot and saut� in margarine.
Mash potatoes. Add soup and potatoes to saut�ed carrots and onions. Slowly add milk to desired consistency. Add seasonings and top with grated Cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon. Simmer (Don't cook soup on high - it WILL stick!).
NOTE: May also use the microwave to cook veggies.
