Ingredients
3 Large potatoes, peeled, quartered & sliced
1 Medium onion, chopped
1 Celery stalk, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz) Can cream of celery soup
2 Cups water
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 Stick butter
2 Cups milk
Instructions
Combine first 7 ingredients in a 4 quart Nesco roaster and simmer until potatoes are just tender. Add milk and stir to combine; continue to simmer until potatoes are done. If more liquid is needed, use milk, not water. Bacon bits and/or cream cheese can be added for a richer flavor.
Serve with tasty bread and butter.
