Ingredients

1/2 Pound sweet OR hot Italian sausage, casings removed
1 Small onion, diced
1 Clove garlic, pressed
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can chicken broth
2 Small zucchini, chopped
2 Cups kale, chopped
1/2 Teaspoon oregano
1/2 Teaspoon marjoram
1/2 Teaspoon salt
Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste

Instructions

In a large heavy saucepan or Dutch oven, brown and break up sausage over medium heat; add onion and garlic; cook and stir until soft, about 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes.
