Ingredients
8 Ounces fully-cooked smoked turkey sausage
1 Medium onion, chopped
1 Tablespoon garlic, minced
6 Cup chicken broth
3 Medium Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled & cut into1/2� chunks
12 Ounces fresh kale, stems removed & leaves chopped
Crushed red pepper
Instructions
Heat a 5 quart pot over medium-high heat. Add sausage and saut� 5 minutes o until browned.
Add is and garlic; saut� 3 minutes or until onions start to soften. Add broth and bring to a boil.
Stir in potatoes and kale. Simmer, partially covered, 10 to 12 minutes or until potatoes and kale are tender. Serve with crushed red pepper if desird
