Ingredients
1 Pound smoked polish sausage, cut into bite-size pieces
1 Chopped green pepper
1 Onion, chopped onion
2 1/2 Cups cabbage, shredded
1 (28 oz) Can diced tomatoes
1 (16 oz) Can chicken broth
1 Teaspoon basil
1 Teaspoon oregano
Pepper to taste
Water if needed
Instructions
Brown sausage, pepper, onions and cabbage in bottom of soup pot, add tomatoes, broth and water (if needed). Add oregano, basil and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about an hour.
