Ingredients
6 Ounces cut fideo pasta, broken
1 Cup celery, chopped
1 Cup onion, chopped
2 Tablespoons butter
3 Cups chicken, cooked & cubed
8 Cups water
1 (15 1/2 oz) Can pinto or kidney beans, drained
1 Cup carrots, diced
8 Teaspoons chicken bouillon granules & seasoning
1 Teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions
In a large pot cook celery & onions in butter until tender; add next six ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add fideo and cook 8 minutes longer or until fideo is tender.
