Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups half & half
1 Can chicken broth
1 Can of cream of potato soup
1 Can of cream of chicken soup
2 Cups cooked chicken, cubed
1/2 Cup green onions, chopped
1 (11oz) Can mexicorn, drained
1 (4 oz) Can of mushrooms
1 Small can of chopped green chiles
1 1/2 Cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
Combine all in large pot and simmer. Add the cheese just before serving.
