Ingredients
1 Onion, chopped
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 Pounds frozen or homemade meatballs, cooked
6 Cups beef broth
2 (14 oz) Cans diced tomatoes undrained
1 Teaspoon italian seasoning crushed
2/3 Cup ditalini or orzo pasta
2 Cups frozen vegetables
Instructions
In a stock pot saut� onion and garlic until onion is translucent.
Add prepared meatballs and beef broth to pot and cook 10 minutes.
Add tomatoes, seasoning, pasta and frozen veggies.
Simmer covered 15 minutes or until pasta is cooked.
