Ingredients
1 Pound lean ground beef, saut�ed & drained
2 Cups cabbage, chopped
1 (14 oz) Can stewed tomatoes, undrained
2 Medium potatoes, diced
1/2 Cup carrot, peeled & thinly sliced
1/2 Cup celery, diced
1/2 Cup onion, chopped
3 Beef bouillon cubes
3 Cups water
1 Teaspoon crushed Italian seasoning
1/4 Teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Brown the ground beef and drain. Heat the water and dissolve bouillon cubes. Place all ingredients in large stock pot. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
