Ingredients
4 (14 1/2 oz) Cans beef broth
1 (16 oz) Package frozen mixed vegetables
1 (16 oz) Package cooked frozen meatballs
1 (15 oz) Can small white beans, drained & rinsed
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can diced tomatoes with green pepper, celery & onions, undrained
1/4 Cup tomato paste
1/4 Teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 Cup small shell pasta
Shredded Parmesan cheese, (optional)
Instructions
Combine broth, vegetables, meatballs, beans, tomatoes with their liquid, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in large saucepan or Dutch oven.
Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-high; add pasta. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until pasta is tender, garnish with cheese if desired.
