Ingredients

1/2 Cup carrot, shredded
1 Pound Velveeta cheese
1/3 Cup celery, chopped
1 Can cheddar cheese soup
1/4 Cup onion, chopped
2 Soup cans milk
3 Cups chicken broth
8 Ounces sour cream
2 Cups cooked rice
Chives
1 Pound hamburger, browned

Instructions

Simmer the first four ingredients for 10 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, except sour cream and chives, and cook until cheese is melted. Do not boil. Add sour cream just before serving.
