Ingredients

8 Ounces Fideo pasta
1 Pound ground beef
1 (46 oz) Can V8 juice
1 Envelope onion soup mix
1 (16 oz) Package frozen mixed vegetables
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can beef broth

Instructions

Cook Fideo pasta per package directions, drain and keep warm.
In a stock pot cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Stir in the V8 juice, soup mix, mixed vegetables and beef broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Return to a boil; stir in noodles and cook for 3 minutes or until warmed through.
