Ingredients
1 Can black beans, undrained
1 Can pinto beans, undrained
1 Can petite diced tomatoes, undrained
1 Can sweet corn, undrained
1 Pound chicken thighs or ground beef, cooked
1 (10 oz) Can green enchilada sauce
1 (14 oz) Can chicken broth
1 Packet taco seasoning
1/2 Teaspoon cumin
1/2 Teaspoon chili powder
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
In a large pot, heat all of the ingredients together over medium high heat until it reaches a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
