Ingredients

1 Garlic clove, minced
5 Celery stalks, sliced
1 Bunch green onions, sliced
4 Tablespoons unsalted butter
2 Tablespoons flour
2 Quarts chicken stock
3/4 Cup powdered milk
3 Medium red potatoes, diced but not peeled
Salt & pepper
1/2 Cup fresh parsley, minced
1 Tablespoon fresh dill, minced
1 1/2 Cups nonfat yogurt
1 (10 oz) Package frozen French style green beans

Instructions

Saut� garlic, celery and green onions in butter until not quite tender. Stir in flour. Add stock, stirring until blended. Add powdered milk and stir over medium heat until thickened. Add potatoes, and seasoning, simmer, stirring often, until potatoes are tender, about 1/2 hour. Stir in yogurt and green beans. Simmer for 20 minutes.
