Ingredients

2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Onion, diced
1 Green bell pepper, sliced
1 Red bell peppers, sliced
1 Orange bell pepper, sliced
4 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Pound rib eys steak, thinly sliced
1/2 Cup red wine
1/2 Cup soy sauce
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Tablespoon ground ginger
1 (8 oz) Package of sliced provolone cheese
Hoagie rolls for serving

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400�F and lightly coat a 9" x 13" baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat, add the onion, bell peppers, and garlic, and saut� until soft, about 5 minutes.
Add beef steak and stir, breaking up and browning. Cook until the beef turns brown, drain any remaining grease.
Add the wine, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and ginger to the saucepan and stir to combine, simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish and top with 6 slices of provolone cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling. Serve hot with the hoagie rolls and extra slices of cheese.
