Ingredients

1 Pound lean ground beef
1 Small onion, diced
1 (12 ounce) Can or bottle beer
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon granulated sugar
1/2 Teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 Teaspoon old Bay Seasoning
2 Teaspoons yellow mustard
Dash Tabasco sauce
Sandwich rolls
Mayonnaise or salad dressing

Instructions

In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until evenly�browned. Add diced onion and cook until translucent, drain. Stir in beer, salt, sugar, pepper, Old Bay, yellow mustard and Tabasco sauce. Bring to a boil,�and reduce heat to medium low; simmer partially covered. Remove from heat the moment all the liquid has evaporated. Prepare rolls with mayonnaise/salad dressing on both sides, add meat mixture and enjoy.
