Ingredients
1 1/2 Pounds small red potatoes
1 1/2 Pounds small white potatoes
1 Teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Leek, thinly sliced
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1/2 Cup Italian dressing
Instructions
In pot combine red and white potatoes with enough cold water to cover. Add 1 teaspoon salt and simmer for 30 minutes or until tender.
In skillet heat 2 tablespoons oil, add thinly sliced leek, and 2 cloves garlic, minced. Saut� for 3 minutes to soften; place in bowl. Drain potatoes, slice and add to leeks, toss to combine. Add Italian dressing, toss to coat and cover to keep warm.
Grill 6 sweet Italian sausages and serve with warm salad.
