Ingredients
2 Cups wagon wheel pasta
3/4 Cup salsa
1/3 Cup mayonnaise
1/2 Teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 Teaspoon salt
3/4 Cup kidney beans, rinsed & drained
1 Cup cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
1 Cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 Medium bell pepper, chopped
1/4 Cup green onions with tops, chopped
Instructions
Cook pasta according to directions; drain. Transfer to a large bowl; cool. In small bowl, mix salsa, mayonnaise, cumin and salt. Pour over pasta and mix. Add beans, cheese, tomatoes, green pepper and onions. Add more salsa to taste.
