Ingredients
2 Boxes vermicelli
8 Tablespoons salad oil
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Accent
1 Cup celery, chopped
1/2 Cup onion, chopped
1 Jar or can pimentos, chopped
1 Can ripe pitted olives, diced
1 Pint mayonnaise
1 Green pepper, chopped
Salt to taste
Instructions
Cook vermicelli as directed on package and marinate overnight in the salad oil, lemon juice and Accent. This next day add the remaining ingredients.
