Ingredients
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
4 Ripe tomatoes, cut in wedges
1/2 Bermuda onion, cut in thin slices
Salt to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix to coat, salt to taste. Serve as a side dish with meat, fowl or fish. Serve French bread for dipping in the salad juices.
