Ingredients
2 (15 1/2 oz) Cans kidney beans, drained
3 Hard cooked eggs, peeled & chopped
1/2 Pound cheddar cheese, diced
1 Cup celery, sliced
1/2 Cup green onions, sliced
1 1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 Teaspoon horseradish
1 Cup Thousand Island dressing
Instructions
Mix beans with sliced celery, sliced green onions, chopped eggs and cheese. Sprinkle with salt. Blend prepared mustard and horseradish Thousand Island dressing. Pour over salad and toss. Serve in lettuce lined bowl.
