Ingredients
12 New potatoes, diced
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
4 Hard boiled eggs, peeled & chopped
1/2 Cup sour cream
1 Tablespoon lemon Juice
Instructions
Cook potatoes in boiling water or until tender, drain. Combine sour cream, mustard and lemon juice in a small bowl. Combine everything in a large bowl. Chill if desired.
