Ingredients
2 Medium potatoes
1/4 Cup celery, chopped
3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Hormel real bacon pieces
2 Teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 Teaspoon salt
2 Teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon cracked pepper
1/2 Cup green onions, chopped
1/2 Teaspoon celery seed
Instructions
Cook the unpeeled potatoes until tender. Cool, peel and cut into cubes. Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar together and toss with the potatoes. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill at least 6 hours for the flavors to blend.
