Ingredients
1 Packet Knorr Pesto mix
1/3 Cup olive oil
3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 Cup grape tomatoes, halved
8 Ounces penne
8 Ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
Cook pasta according to directions. Combine oil, vinegar, pesto mix and pour over drained pasta and tomatoes. Stir in cheese. Can be served warm or cold.
