Ingredients
1 Pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1 Medium zucchini, cubed
1 Medium yellow summer squash, cubed
1 Medium cucumber, cubed
3 Medium green peppers, cut into 1� pieces
1 (6 oz) Can pitted ripe olives, drained
1 Small onion, chopped
1/2 to 3/4 Cup Italian salad dressing
Instructions
In a salad bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Note: NEEDS TO MARINATE OVERNIGHT.
