Ingredients

Salad
1 1/2 Cups fresh mushrooms, thin sliced
1 1/2 Cups cherry tomatoes
1 Cup celery, thin sliced
1 1/2 Cups zucchini, sliced
1 1/2 Cups carrots, thin sliced
1 1/2 Cups onions, chopped
1 1/2 Cups pepper chunks
1 1/2 Cups broccoli florets
1 1/2 Cups cauliflower florets
Dressing
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon pepper
1/2 Teaspoon dry mustard
1 Teaspoon fresh chives, chopped
1 Tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
2 Tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

Place prepared veggies in bowl. Mix dressing and pour over vegetables, gently mix. Refrigerate 2 or more hours.
