Ingredients
6 Plum tomatoes, chopped
1 Large cucumber peeled, seeded & sliced
1/2 Red onion, sliced thin
3 Tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
1/4 Cup vinegar
1/4 Cup olive oil
1 Garlic clove, minced
1/2 Teaspoon dry mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine olive oil, garlic, vinegar, dry mustard and salt and pepper together in cruet and shake well. Place tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and basil in a large bowl and toss. Pour cruet ingredients over veggies and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
