Ingredients
1 Head cauliflower
1 Cup Italian dressing
1/2 Pound bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 Cup mayonnaise
1/2 Cup fresh Parmesan cheese, shredded
Instructions
Clean cauliflower and cut into bite size pieces. Mix Italian dressing with cauliflower and toss to coat well. Refrigerate overnight.
Drain dressing from cauliflower and add remaining ingredients tossing to coat well. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
